• How many cleaners do you send?

  We typically send two to three cleaners.

• Do you supply all the equipment?

  Yes, we bring everything from magic erasers to vacuums.

• Do we do background checks?

  Yes, we run background checks on all new employees.

• Are you insured and bonded?

  Yes, we are insured and bonded up to 1 million dollars.

• What does man or total hours mean?

  The total hours of a clean get divided between the total number of cleaners in your
  home. 5 hrs with 2 cleaners is 2.5 hrs.

• What type of cleaning products do you use?

  We use all natural cleaners that are safe for Children and pets.

• Can your cleaners use specific cleaning products in my home?

  Yes, the cleaners can use a specific cleaner if you prefer. We just ask that it is provided
  on the day of the clean.

• Can cleaners be requested?

  Yes, if you are happy with certain cleaner(s) you can request them.

• Do you offer any discounts?

  Yes, we have monthly and seasonal discounts that are posted to nextdoor and facebook.
  We also have a referral discount and a discount for giving us a rating on facebook,
  google, and next door.

• Do we offer additional services that are not on the checklist?

  Yes, you can call in with any inquiries about extra items that are not included on the
  regular list such as; wall washing, inside of cabinets, closets, patios, etc.
